I learned Yoga these days , i do like it very much !
Dee who comes from England taught me Yoga .Yoga is very useful ,it’s good for health and
give you a good mood ,and also makes you beautiful and slim .

In the beginning , it’s a hard work for news to finish all , but after do three or four
times ,it’s become easy , you can do it freely . Yoga is convenient for us for you can
do it anytime at every place ,but of course , you’d better do it in the morning at a place

On the afternoon of May 12, I felt the ground beneath me shake. For the safety of my family, I urged them to depart for our hometown and away from the danger. However, my parents refused to leave.
On the 15th, I visited my customer in a nearby hospital and watched as doctors and nurses rushed to tend the injured and give emergency care to earthquake victims. Feeling waves of emotion, I offered my support and joined as a volunteer. I helped move the wounded, offered comfort to the injured, and distributed medical supplies and food, and whatever else was needed. (more…)

Not so happy today.

My name is Mika Yazaki,and It’s very strange about tokyo hot n0295, felt so happy this morning coz had a feeling that I’m so lucky falling in such great love.  However, not so happy this afternoon.  Most of the time I don’t know whether it’s a kind of quarrel, i don’t like it.  I think communication much be the best method when two guys have different opinion.  I feel i’m changing to be accustomised to your feeing, i could find the way that i’m sure you like and can claim down with me, but why you not try to learn to make me claim down, instead of making  us both not happy?
