Lakeland Florida-Roll call for the meet spot

This show is at the highland park church of the nazarene-4777 Lakeland Highlands Road Lakeland Fl,33813. We went last year and it was pretty good. There is no entry fee and is open to all types of vehicles.9:00 is when they start letting people in and the show starts at 10:00 and ends at 2:00 I will post again a meet spot if anyone wants to cruise in with us.As of the previous years, they only have had less than a handfull of minis there untill we showed up! Ok I got the location for everyone to meet up.I would like for everyone that wants to ride in with us to meet at the lowes that is only a few blocks from the event at around 8:00.Ill wait untill 8:45 we roll out.The address is 3525 Lakeland Highlands RD Lakeland FL,33803. If you are comming from I4 the easiest way to get there is to take the polk parkway(its a toll and will cost you a 1.50 I think)Exit 9 and you should be able to see the lowes just before you get off.If you are comming from tampa ,get off the exit and go left .It will be on your left hand side,comming from orlando as soon as you get off the exit you go right and its on your left.If anyone gets lost you can call me @ 863-581-1772. The Case of Leory Strachan

A 62-years-old New york resident has been arrested for a murder that took place 45 years ago in Miami,Florida.

Mr.Strachan, who pronounces his name”Strawn”,was arrested outside a building in SoHo in New York City, wher he had been working as an elevator operator for 21 years. He is accused of being part of a group of young men responsible for the death of John Milledge, a Miami Policeman.

Officer Milledge was chasing a group of young men out of a park 45 years agowhen he was killed by a single rifle shot. Prosecutors in Miami said that Leroy Strachan was a suspect at the time of the killing, but that they did not have enough evidence to charge him at that time. Just recently, however, a Miami woman who claims she saw the crime came forward to say that Strachan had fired the shot. The woman said her guilty conscience finally made her go to the police. (more…)
