6. District Court of Appeal has benefited from a California court victory for the Kaleidescape Sunnyvale - Manufacturers of high-end entertainment systems at home, the people to copy and store DVD - on Wednesday.  After the end of the Tuesday of the District Judge Marilyn Hall Patel North Block RealDVD RealNetworks, Inc. from the sale of its software that allows users to copy DVDs.
The winners in both cases was of the Hollywood DVD Copy Control Association. The club has both technical and accused Kaleidescape RealNetworks DVDsand pause to circumvent the locks on a license to copy the DVD discs their owners.

The two cases were closely watched by lawyers for intellectual property in search of answers about the legality of copying DVDs.

In the middle of each case, the Content Scramble System, a layer of encryption on DVDs. The DVD CCA licenses for the encryption key for the manufacturer, and Kaleidescape RealNetworks.

Kaleidescape has a rare victory against the DVD CCA in 2007 to a process in Santa Clara County Superior Court, the Court noted that the license agreement does not contain prohibitions onreplaying the contents of the DVD when the drive is not in the drive.
This is our first indication in recent years, the study of frustration with the payment terms of Netflix,  Lazard Capital Markets analyst Barton Crockett said in a note, reiterating a  Hold  on shares.
