Monday night, director Michel Gondry and actress Ayako Fujitani (from “Interior Design,” one of TOKYO!’s three segments) made a surprise appearance at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood for a private advance screening of TOKYO! The two participated in a post-film Q&A and stayed for the after party to mingle with fans and sip Sapporo. Needless to say, good times were had by all!

Gondry briefly introduced the film in his sweetly self-deprecating style (“I hope you like it?”) with Fujitani at his side. After the movie, they returned to the stage, beer bottles in hand, for a discussion led by moderator John Simon. (more…)

through the TV i’ve learnt that many japanese female students must wear short skirts as their school uniform during winter .

i’m shcoked about it
though heating may be offered everywhere in Japan,don’t the girls feel it too cold for them to stand?

i mean no one can stay indoors for all the time ,can he?
in this case,it seems that the girls in short skirts must stand cold tempreature for some time anyway.

I have to say that in the begining of Jade’s tv appearances I was not a fan, but I switched over the tv to find a program about Jade and her cancer treatment a few weeks ago and completley changed my mind about this gutsy and remarkable young woman. Her love for her boys, and her amazing courage is something to truly behold. I should like to say to Jade that I and many many people are thinking about her and careing about her! with love from Juneybelles xx

1_ in erin brockervich do you think she is portrayed in a similar way to pretty woman?
2- In the film steel magnolia Robert’s is presented as weak and beautiful rather than sexy and a strong character, does this surprise you and why??
3- Julia Robert’s is presented as intelligent in pelican brief , is this typical of her character or does it go against her stereotypical character ?why?
