GROWING EPIDEMIC in OSAKA…M.A.S.

Posted by Yuka as City Tokyo

It has come to my attention and great disappointment the number of complete “a”holes that have converged on our fair city…
truly saddening.

i myself (who also may be considered an “a”hole by some), who has resided in Osaka long before most and probably still around after most have moved on (to “A”holeville), have learned that it is just something one must learn to “soar above”.

that’s not to say that i too don’t get riled at the gall of some fellow foreigner actions, but that the art of “grinning & baring it” , i have honed into an art form.
in the end, “biting your tongue” will ultimately put you on top.
as difficult as that truly is…

the fact of the matter is, Manic “A”hole Syndrome is a disease - born of insecurity, low self-esteem, laziness, poor upbringing and other mental diffencencies, and should be regarded as such.
these individuals are “special” (possibly rode the “little bus” to school.

the good news is: this disease is both treatable and in “some cases” actually curable.

CURE / TREATMENT: a) firm talking to
b) thorough ass-kicking
c) several thorough ass-kickings

* try to avoid options b & c - no matter how attractive they may seem.

so, let’s us (normal productive members of civilized society) continue “not” to fall to the constant onslaught of invitations from “a”holes to play on their field, yet be considerate, compassionate and forgiving - for they do not know what it is they do. doing this will ensure that you get into “that big fluffy place in the sky” - or in the very least the “a”holes go whereever it is that they go after they are ultimately beaten to a pulp and/or just fizzle out.

now, some helpful pointers on how to recognize a potential MANIC “A”HOLE:

* physical appearance (trust me, you’ll know)
* extreme arrogance and vainness
* unnecessarily loud/irritating (especially when trying to get “everyone’s” attention)
* inability to let others involved in a conversation to express themselves without interruption
* constantly given chances yet screwing them up
* constantly blames “everyone else” for their own screw-ups
* thinks the world should stop spinning when “he/she” has a request or needs something
* constantly forgets or disregards requests and/or favors asked of him/herself
* constant lying (compulsive & pathological)
* undying compulsion to hold on to things that he/she has lost do to above reasons
* incredible ability to be center of almost any kind of disturbance/altercation
* uncanny power to be able to”deny all obvious wrong-doing and truly believe it”
* total and complete unawareness of their sickness

be careful out there…
