As the developing countries let more and more carbon dioxide today, it is unpractical to exampt the obiligation. Not only some developed countries, but also some devloping countries hope the great developing countries can take measures to stop the rising temperature, like the Insularity Union.

The best way to solve the contradiction between the developing countries and developed countries is that they can promise of their own accord. They will let less carbon dioxide than now. At list the developing countries should do their best to help to control the temperature of the world, not let too much carbon dioxide like the past years.

If the developing countries have any problem in limit emmission, Switzer land will give a hand to them. In fact, the goverment of Switzerland have given Chinese many suggestions about how to protect the environment in Kunming yet. We had promised that Switzerland will help any country in solving the problem of global warming as we can. Switzerland will offer enough, steady and divinable help or nessary fund.

However, there is only one earth. As one part of the big family, developing country should do something helpful to save the only one earth. Even a faint power is in need now.
