If I am a manage of a company

A manager means a direct head of all the business affairs in the company. So what decisions you make and which project you chose would obviously influence the whole economic operation. Once you take a wrong step , you are likely to lose all.
If I am a manager, I have two points of view which I have to emphasize. Of course the profit is very important, however, I believe in the principle that individuals are the very heart of management. Though high-tech products become more and more popular in modern company, but it is no substitute for human.. I will take a human management if I am a manger of a company and pay more attention to the relationship between the staffs. I believe the employees in a good environment can create the largest production value.

Besides, a clear system and processes together with clear reward and punishment would make the staffs act as the company expect. In that way, we can increase the enthusiasm of the staffs and avoid of wasting time.

If I can do well in this two aspects it will be perfect.
