I was just at home, watching kinds of moives and books these days.I’m glad to booked it out and share with you and treasure it by self as well.here belows the segment in Tokyo Trial between the premier judge William(W) and Chinese judge Mei Ru ao(M):(9′35”–11′55”)

W:DR Mei, please calm down and listen.

M:I’m listening!

W:The main reason I place the America and British judges to my left and right was because they have the better understanding of the common law.this will help the trial run more smoothly.this decision absolutely is not reflect any prejudice aganist China!

M:Forgive me for being afraid.We all know that,it’s a international tribunal. not British and American.And i don’t think any need to see the British and American judges in the center.

W:DR.Mei!please look at this problem from another angle.With this arrangement you would be seat between American and France judges rather than Russia general.I would imagine please you.

M:Sir Willionm,that’s insulting.As a Chinese it’s my solemn duty to remind you that i didn’t come to Tokyo to be pleause.My homeland,China,has been made and plunder by japanese over fifty years.To Chinese people trial japanese war criminals is heavy responsibility.It’s great responsibility .We are not here for pleasure.

W:Doctor Mei,I would like to solemn remind you as well that this arrangement were
arrangenated from order given by the superme commander (who?) himself.It could be extremely unfortunate if your decision to refuse this arrangement result the faction in Chinese and American relations.Your government might not agree with your decision.

M:I refuse to accept this arrangement has no…(what?）reason.In this war aganist japanese aggression China has suffered the most for the longest and hardest.The United Kingdom ,on the other hand, have been retreating and surrendering time and time again.It is (?) the China’s place in this trial should be rehearsing that ways but under the UK.I don’t believe the government of China will agree to this arrangement,and i doubt it has really come on superme commander himself.

W: Hold on ,let me discuss this with the other juges ,I’ll have an answer for you no more than 10 minutes.
