Some thoughts on the stub

Yesterday I helped Mr Kawajiri to move his office,who is a Japanese guest for shiprepair agency.And on the way to his destination.He saw some stubs on the ground and turned to me,said he was sorry to see those dirty stubs on the clean ground and then criticized the people in our company.I said to him,”そねはしかたないなあ”,maybe the Chinese inner quality needed to be advanced.All of our employees in our company know Kawajiri is a stubborn old Japanese man,who is full of criticisms on everything around him.We all dislike him.But I think maybe those criticisms would more or less promote our company’s service qulity.We shall have critical eyes on everything around us.All in all everything has its two phases.
