Lin Miaoke, a nine-year-old Chinese girl who lent her voice Friday night to
the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics returns to the Xizhongjie Primary
School of Dongcheng District in Beijing.

Before the ceremony of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games,i knew a little about those songs.As this time of that the Olympic Games is held in Beijing,it makes me up for these songs.

I am also impressed by the song of the Olympic Games 2000 in Sydney,sung by Tina Arena,”The Flame”.Particularly when it comes to lyric “today we will show who we are”,it’s really passionate! Besides,i think the singer Tina Arena performed this song perfectly,strong,beautiful and inspiring.

The power of the dreams,maybe because it’s sung by Celine Dion.
Hand in hand,which was sung at the Olympic Games in 1988,a happy song,much popular.
There’s another one,also sung at the Sydney Olympic 2000,named “Under the southern skies”.

Lin Miaoke,dressed in a red skirt,received thunderous applause from 90,000-plus
spectators at the National Stadium, known as the”Bird’s Nest”, when she performed “Sing a Song of Praise to the Motherland” as 56 children, each representing an
ethnic group of the country’s 56 nationalities, carried the national  flag into
the stadium at the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics on Friday.

She like singing，writing ，dancing ，taking photoS and
