China YunNan - “south of the colorful clouds”

Yunnan— literally meaning “south of the colorful clouds”, this is a place where has many beautiful views and colorful culture. It is also one of China’s provinces that borders on the greatest number of neighboring countries and has the longest borderline: bordering on Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos, connecting Thailand Cambodia through the Lancang–Mekong River, and neighboring Malaysia, Singapore, India and Bengal.

1.) Kunming City— spring city and flower city.
Kunming is among the most famous historical and cultural cities and one of the top tourist cities in China. Due to its pleasant climate, plateau scenery, age-old history, diverse ethnic customs, and unique plants and animals, Kunming attracts domestic and foreign tourists all year round. As the tourism center of Yunnan province, Kunming has also been a transport hub, from where tourists can go easily to places.

2.) Lijiang— a town of fashion, leisure and experience.
Lijiang boasts plentiful historical relics, of which the Old Town must be the most popular with tourists, the Old Town was listed in 1997 as one of the World Culture Heritage Sites by the UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee, etc.

1.)The Stone Forest— World natural heritage and the nature’s superlative craftsmanship.
The Stone Forest is in Lunan Yi Nationality Autonomous County, which is about 120 kilometers (75 miles) from Kunming and requires only a three-hour drive. It covers an area of 400 square kilometers (96,000 acres) and includes both large and small stone forests, as well as many other scenic spots. An old local saying says that ‘If you have visited Kunming without seeing the Stone Forest, you have wasted your time.’ Truly, the Stone Forest is one of the most important attractions of Yunnan.

4.) Shangri–La— Harmonious and peaceful Paradise. Paradise in the Dream and the people’s Spiritual Home.
Shangri–La is the capital city of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and also the interior of the world natural heritage site Three Parallel Rivers. Here are fertile lands, herds of cattle and sheep, and picturesque landscapes comprising softly Snow Mountains, arduous valleys, vast meadows, and dense primary forests and dotted lakes, among which the most famous are Meili Snow Mountain, Tiger Leaping Gorge and Napa Lake.
