My UK trip for business

Many people who never been abroad may dreamed go to abroad one day, even it’s just few hours.  This used to be one of my dream too when i was in the university.

However, when I was required to go UK and italy for a business trip, I don’t really feel that desperate. Too much work which makes me want go no where but stay at home doing nothing, think about nothing just eating , sleeping and watching movies !

Finally, I went to UK for a business trip by my own, it was my first time go aboard, but i didn’t feel afraid, maybe i have been use to doing everythin on my own for too long. The trip was ok, after about 14hours plane, we finally landed on the Heathow airport in London. Most of the people in England are very polite and they are very kind hearted and helpful. I asked few people the way to the MTR , then took the underground train for a about 40min to the King’s cross station, and from there i got a train to Leeds where our office were located !

Everything has been very good, and after arrived our UK office, still working everyday . Not much time to go out, and only took one day off after we back from the Milan Mipel show, we went to the east coast shore. It’s was very windy, but it was quite a enjoyable day ! Because no work, and the wind blow over my face i smells the sea , feels so close to the natural!

Stayed there total about two weeks plus the days spent in italy ! Everything seems very smoothly, except the food. I can say i can barely eat the english food and italian food, it was really very bad for me. They have very limited chocie of food, however their life seems very   dilicated because you will find out they have many different cups and forks, and spoones for different dish, and the drinks at dinner makes it very fancy.  the main meal for the family is always dinner ! Everybody sit infront of the long dinning table, the food are served to each one, all food are seperated to the plate infront of everyone, then pour some drink , then everyone starts at the same time.

Some little bird told me that when English people are having dinner, then keep quite and enjoy the food is kind of polite, also finish the food in your own plate is also respect to the housekeeper. However, i was very impolite on the first day, i left 2/3 of the food in my plate, because i really can’t finish them, it wasn’t so nice to me !!

Shortly after I back from UK, I have piles of work to do ! It’s like before again, everyday keeping very very busy ! Maybe it’s good, busy keeps lonely away !
