Imigration and Phd

Sooner or later, I will lost my now job, it sounds a little terrible. But it is of my own will  because I have planed to immigrate to Canada. And It is well know that new immigrant can not find good job, so it is better for me to go back university and make way to get my Phd degree. When I get it, I can choose to go back China and find a new job. Of course, if I can find better pay job in Canada I will stay there.

Sometimes, I have asked myself why I fell the need to go aboard? What reason is the first? Immigration, or Phd? It is sure that the tuition of Phd will be very low after immigration; It is also sure I will get more chance to find ideal job in China or in Canada after I became a doctor. In fact, I am unwillingly to further my learning, but I am a college teacher now, and it is pity that Phd road is doomed for college teacher in China. While the Phd programs is limited in China, and all of them was totally mastered by tutor——whereby tutor have right to choice student at them own will. So younger teachers have to touch their tutor before the entrance exam which also is the requirements of the most of graduate school, and satisfy them notonly by the accomplishments but also others which completely depends on the appetite of tutor. If not, sooner or later,those young college would be a loser notonly on entrance exam but also on their job.

According to the new government politics issued by the Ministry of Education, young teacher would not be permit to have chance to become professor without Phd degree, More alarmingly, some universities stipulate that if a vice professor could not become a professor in five years, he or she would be dismiss from present job.

So, all the God-like tutors should sincerely thank their maker—–the Ministry of Education. I also need express my thanks here because it strengthen the motive power to go aboard——which would be a more hard but little unfair road. I will lose present job and comfortable life, but I should get more, I believe in it.
